Updated DECEMBER, 2012 - Selected Videos

Note: these videos are made up of compiled, time-lapse photographs taken to document the progress of construction on the Kenneth F. Burns Bridge Replacement Project.  They were originally shared with the public on December 5, 2012.  All of the videos are large, over 10MB, and users with dial-up or wireless connections may wish to download them for local viewing rather than attempting to stream them from the website.

• Burns Time Lapse provides a continuous view of the project site from summer through December of 2012.
• Moving 300 Ton Crane shows the crane currently being used to install the permanent bridge piles moving from the staging area south of the work site onto the barge prior to being floated into position at the Burns Bridge.
• Vibrating and Impacting the First Pile gives users an up close look at the installation of the first permanent bridge pile.
